Current Land developments

FP Group is creating the master plan for FSJ North Point Developments to develop 202 acres of mixed use property in the City of Ft St John, BC. The project will include:

• civil construction of an intersection on Hwy 97 (Alaska Hwy),
• construction of a 100 unit hotel
• gas station/convenience store
• fast food restaurant
• retail/commercial strip mall,
• apartment building
• 83 lots of detached residential homes.

Planning is well underway and construction to begin in late 2018.
