This involved the moving of 800 staff from all over the city from old locations. This involved interviewing all staff for job function and who they related to and what was required to perform their jobs, purchase furniture have it delivered and placed so that staff could move in over a long weekend. Coordinate multiple movers move 1,000,000 paper files with shutting down of the Ministry at 4:00 pm Friday and opening for business 9:00 am Tuesday – it happened. This also involved the physical designing of this new building.
Designed the facility and worked with the contractor to ensure completion of the building for the September class start. The building is heated and cooled by ground water.
International 396 room hotel/resort, casino, 300 seat theatre and spa which includes parking garage where Peter worked as a design consultant and then took over as construction manager with 3 project managers, 5 superintendents and 400 trades. Peter was able to cut off 2 months from the schedule and opened the hotel, theatre spa and 3 high end restaurants on the day required by the owners
